- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Overcharged and made us pay for state taxes when I stated numerous times I can get that done free. Also made mistakes, wouldn't help, and was incredibly rude. Will never go back and don't recommend to anyone!!! Was also audited due to their mistakes which we are still in process of dealing with, with no help from their service.
